Frequently Asked Questions

Do you see DVA or Insurance claim clients?

At present we do not see clients through DVA. Some of our practitioners work with ICWA insurance claims, but this is limited to therapy and not assessment. Please email us at reception@3waters.com.au if you would like more information.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to attend Three Waters, but this could impact on any rebates you might otherwise be eligible for.

Where are you located?

You will find us at unit 13, 73 Calley Drive, Leeming. We are directly across the road from the Bullcreek Shopping Centre, and just off the South Street freeway exit. Our office is located upstairs.

Is there parking and disability access?

We do have on-site parking. The parking lot is not very large so can sometimes be full. There is parking further down Calley Drive, or feel free to park at the shopping centre across the road.

Unfortunately, we are located on the first floor and this building does not have an elevator.

What are your office hours?

The clinic is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Reception is available from 9am to 4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 9am-2pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

We are not open on weekends or public holidays.

How do I book a session?

You can always give us a call on 6248 5946 or email us at reception@3waters.com.au to book an appointment. You can also head over to our website threewaterspsychology.com.au and book via the links there. If you prefer, we can be found on Healthengine and HotDoc.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Please contact us to let us know you need to reschedule. To avoid any non-attendance fees, please give us more than 24 hours’ notice. This gives us time to book other people into that appointment slot.

What if I am sick?

If you are unwell, please do not attend the clinic. We do not charge non-attendance fees if you are sick, but you will need to let us know as soon as possible. If you do come in when you are sick, you may be asked to go home (and get some rest!)

What will happen during my first appointment?

The first thing we will have you do is fill out a Patient Information Form. It’s just some basic information about you, and a run down on the policies here at the clinic. Once that is completed and returned to our reception team, your psychologist will bring you into the session.

After that, your psychologist will probably discuss confidentiality and then ask you about your reasons for coming. From there, work with you to get the most out of your sessions.
